Maintenance - Cebiz provides expert maintenance of your web site and all of its components. We feature several maintenance plans based on the type of web site you own and the level of service required.

Constant changes to web sites keep customers interested, involved, and inclined to remain loyal to the brand. Most companies want to use their web development company to make changes to their sites, because of time constraints and to keep an consistent image. While Cebiz prefers to design more functionality into the site's back end, so you or your personnel can make content changes yourself, we realize there will be changes that you wish to make that we can't foresee, or can't possibly program for ahead of time.

Maintenance fees include:

• A specified number of hours for design and layout per month for new icons, changing data, reorganizing pages, building new pages, adding information, etc. (Note: site redesign is quoted separately as a new build.)
• Daily monitoring of site for accessibility and functionality
• Contacting the host to correct problems reported by the client.
  

Hosting - While we don't require sites we build or maintain to be hosted by us, it is always more efficient to do so. Problems are simply solved more easily when there are no extra levels of people to go through to find what's wrong and fix it.

Hosting packages range from a basic business package level to the dedicated server level for large enterprises.
