Cebiz uses a semi-automated web-based system to gather your information. We'll give you a log-in and password to gain access to a special area on our site where you can choose navigation elements and input text. View screen shots.

We also have a file transfer (FTP) area for getting your logos and photos to us. It's as easy as dragging & dropping your files onto a window on your computer desktop!

What's included Commercial & Professional site costs include: Discovery - gathering your unique information for your site Creation of individual pages, customized with your logo and individual information Professional editing and incorporation of your written copy. Photo-editing, sizing, and composition on all pages Hyperlinks to manufacturers' web sites (if desired). Maps and directions to your location(s) (if desired), with standard view, zoom in, and zoom out maps. Creating meta tags. Each page will be properly coded with the appropriate title, keywords, and description for maximum search engine indexing and placement. Full site testing prior to launch, includes testing on current and past browser versions, PC and Mac operating systems, and different screen resolutions Uploading the site Submission of each site to major search engines (approx. 30 - 40), upon site launch.

Optional Features
Dynamic content creation - This feature allows you to access and change copy on certain pages of your web site through any browser, from any computer in the world with Internet access.

E-mail database creation - You can export your existing customer database into a server based e-mail database. Additionally, customers entering your site, who elect to fill out an information form on your Contact page, will automatically be added to the database. When you want to notify your database of an impending sale or special, you need only write one e-mail and "broadcast" the information to interested parties.

Catalog and Affiliate Pages - Add pages that include information resources, a product catalog, and services you may want to offer your online constituents, e.g., used or discontinued items; books, magazines, CDs. DVDs, and audio/video related accessories

Domain name registration - Cebiz will research and make recommendations for a unique domain name or names for your business.

Hosting - This is like paying rent for your web site's apartment. Cebiz' Basic Business Hosting Package includes:

• NO initial setup fee
• Up to 8 e-mail accounts
• Mail may be redirected to non-domain accounts at no extra charge
• Up to 20 MB of space for your web space (more than enough for your needs)
• 24/7 technical support via phone or pager
• Billing is for one-year increments, payable in advance
• Cost - $450/year; additional features may require a more robust level of service

Web Site Maintenance - While we prefer to enable clients to make content changes on an ongoing basis through dynamic content creation, there are still changes that are needed from time to time.

Maintenance fees are billed quarterly in advance and include:

• Design & programming - includes new icons, changing data, reorganizing pages, building new pages, adding information (Note: site redesign is quoted separately as a new build)
• Daily monitoring of site for accessibility and functionality
• Contacting host to correct problems reported by client

Web Site Promotion - Cebiz offers customized plans for developing and managing Internet promotion. Contact us with your specific needs.

Custom Banner Development - Cebiz will create animated banners for you to give to, or exchange with, other web sites for linking your site.

Sound & Video - Cebiz offers digital encoding, hosting, and inclusion of streaming audio and video directly onto a web site. Prices vary depending on length, download speeds, and how many times your file(s) is accessed.
