administration page. You can upload any files to this area including
literature, price sheets, forms, training materials, etc., in ANY format
(e.g., Zip, Adobe
PDF, MS Word, Excel, Quark, Photoshop, and more.)
Textual
assets - Template information such as company background, employee
bios, etc., can be stored here for easy retrieval. Text boxes with boilerplate
info enables members of the media to copy, press access is a snap.
News
coverage - Maximize your coverage in the press by either linking
to, or better yet, re-purposing on your web site, articles from media
sources and publications that feature your company, products, or services.
Copying the articles and redoing them ensures that they will always
be there, and in the format you choose. This is done similarly to the
Press Release area described above.

Statistics - You may want to restrict access to some of your visual
and textual information. Some clients do this so their competitors can't
freely access photography or text. Also, you may want to know who is
