Business, an economical project management solution designed for small to mid-size
installation companies. Like the TeamSync Pro enterprise version introduced
last May, TeamSync Small Business is a 100% web-based software tool that helps
companies increase productivity and profitability.
TeamSync Small Business works through a standard web browser. Authorized users
can access, assign, and track any task, event, schedule, discussion, and file
related to a project – from anywhere, at anytime. TeamSync Small Business
has an uncluttered and highly intuitive interface, allowing all users to start
using it immediately – even if they’ve never before used a project
management program.
Unlike conventional software, TeamSync Small Business is not installed on
a company’s computer or network. The application and all data are hosted
and maintained on secure CEBIZ servers and can be accessed from the office,
in the field, or at home.
The simplified administrative and permissioning controls in TeamSync Small Business
allow CEBIZ to securely host multiple companies on one TeamSync-branded site,
rather than create a unique URL for each. The significant cost savings that
result are being passed along to small companies that need project management
tools. TeamSync Small Business is priced at only $995 per year plus hosting
($250 per month), and includes 6 unique user names (more can be added for a
small additional monthly fee).
